With eggs and wheat from “La Campofilone” farms: the durum whole wheat semolina is obtained entirely by grinding (not blending): thanks to this process, the texture of this pasta is typical of the natural whole wheat products: rough, speckled, with an intense raw color. After cooking (just 2 minutes), the pasta doubles in mass (250g dry pasta is good for 4 servings), stays firm and gives off an intense scent of ripe wheat and a mild flavor of fresh eggs. Flavorful and light, it is a rich source of natural fiber and protein.
